The Sloan Digital Sky Survey: Services and Databases

The Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) will map one-quarter of the entire sky and perform a redshift survey of galaxies, quasars and stars. The SDSS Catalog Archive Server (CAS) offers efficient search tools for querying the imaging and spectra catalogs. I will talk about the CAS and associated databases and services to access and explore the catalog data.
