I’m a research scientist at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía (IAA-CSIC, Granada, Spain) of the CSIC (the Spanish National Research Council).
My main research interests deal with high-resolution radio observations of the nuclear and circumnuclear regions of local starburst galaxies. Go to my RESEARCH to know more about this and other projects where I’m currently involved.

Left: My latest research result. I leaded the discovery of an extremely prolific supernova factory in the innermost regions of the starburst galaxy IC 694 (=Arp 299A).
