UGR bureocrazy for dummies: PhDs fight back

Every year we all wonder about the UGR bureaucracy: did we miss something? how could we have known in advance? Let's face it, it's a mess. To try to help us all, especially those who are just starting, I would like to invite everyone interested to a seminar dedicated to understanding what the PhDs have to go through every year (paperwork related), where to find the proper information, who to contact in case of doubt and how to go through the PhD paperwork a bit more smoothly.
