Climate change in Mars

Mars is a cold, arid planet. Therefore liquid water is not stable on the planet's surface. However, geological evidence tells us that the situation could have been quite different in a remote past. These evidences tell us about great floods, glaciations and maybe even an ocean covering great part of the planet billions of years ago. In this talk we will review our current knowledge of the climate history of Mars and how we want to improve that knowledge.
