2nd MAGIC + LST F2F Meeting
noviembre 17 @ 8:00 AM - noviembre 21 @ 5:00 PM

The second MAGIC + LST F2F Meeting is a conference aimed at strengthening coordination between the MAGIC and LST collaborations. Participants reviewed the status of ongoing and future scientific projects that both collaborations share, covering key scientific advances as well as technical challenges related to data analysis. Some of the topics discussed were:
- Extragalactic astronomy: A review of extragalactic targets and the scientific progress of ongoing programs.
- Galactic astronomy: Discussion of supernova remnants, pulsars, and a set of potential Galactic targets.
- Status of data analysis and background modeling.
- Multimessenger astronomy: Coordinating target selection with previous neutrino and gravitational-wave observations.
- Theoretical perspectives: Including Lorentz Invariance Violation physics and axion-like particle searches.
The conference is strategically held a couple of months before the next call of observation proposals and will have a direct impact in the criteria for future data taking cycles of both telescopes.
